Exercises to stop teeth grinding

Teeth grinding (bruxism dental jargon) such as snoring or sleep apnea, not until someone tells you. You can use the scariest sounds with the mouth at night, but you can already be totally blind if you sleep alone, but your mouth the warning.

worn and cracked teeth and jaw pain may be signs of teeth are occupied in the night. A common solution is to provide a guard teeth grinding sleep, I am sure that most people hate to use or found useless. So I put this natural solution: the mouth of the exercise.

Boca exercises loosen your jaw and stop teeth grinding:

Exercise # 1: Try to relax, the top jaw and teeth barely touching down. If you feel your teeth tightly clenched, trying to catch "yourself and relax.

Exercise # 2: Put your lips and a brrr "sound." Only your lips should vibrate, continue to do so until you feel your lips are really free.

Exercise No. 3: a massage in the area around the lips, before going to sleep.

Exercise 4: put in the hard bed in the back of your teeth with the tongue tip. Start of the last row of teeth on the bottom all the way from the other side and do the same with the back on one side of the maxilla. Do it slowly.

Exercise # 5: pouting lips like a fish, and a broad smile. Substitute a few times, then press the jaw and cheeks with the fingertips lightly.

I hope that makes you feel better!

Hmm, in these cases, a patient should be given a mouthpiece, especially when he is grinding his teeth. Wearing a mouthpiece can prevent grinding. Your tips are pretty good too. Those should be tried by people who have problems with Bruxism.
